LANDSCAPES UNIQUE is primarily a design/build landscape contracting
company. However, we also offer “Design Only” services
along with consultation for those who may be interested in creating
their own garden. We can provide a conceptual plan along with consultation
for as little as $500 or a more detailed master plan including
night lighting, irrigation, and hardscape details (such as, arbors,
terraces, garden walls, etc.) starting at $1,500. In what way may

New Construction (in order to begin the process we need the following
information)
- A Client Profile Questionnaire (completed & returned)

- A Detailed Site Plan (with elevations and all trees identified)
- Building Plans from the Architect or Builder (preferably on
CADD)
Refurbishment Projects (in order to begin the
process we need the following information)

- A Detailed Site Plan (includes exact location of house in
relation to property lines, identification of all trees, all
existing hardscape such as driveways, walkways, walls, fences,
decks, street edge and water meter. (CADD file preferred)
- Photos of house and property from all angles
Conceptual Plan ($500) includes the following:
- Reviewing above information before meeting (30 min.) plus travel time
to and from the site (30 min.)
- Two hours of consultation and designing on site
- Additional time will be billed at $75/hour
Master Plan ($1500 plus) includes the following:
- Initial Conceptual Plan (described above)
- Detailed Planting Plan which may also include irrigation, night lighting,
arbors, decks, terraces, garden walls, drainage, driveway, walkway, parking,
courtyards, swimming pools and all types of water features, etc.
- Free Budget Analysis to help you determine an appropriate budget for your projects
- Project Management services available upon request
